Seven-Star lamp offerings are part of Taoist and folk religious practice. Through prayers, written petitions and the lighting of lamps, wishes for blessings and peace are presented.

How the offering is arranged

Ask the master which details are needed for the written petition, such as your name, lunar birth details, address and wish.

Prepare and present the wish
Offerings are prepared according to temple arrangements, and the master leads the presentation of the prayer.

The lamp-lighting ritual
The master conducts recitations, lighting and blessings according to temple practice.

A one-year offering
Confirm the starting and ending dates and lamp-care arrangements when registering.

Completion and thanksgiving
Give thanks when the offering is complete, as arranged by the temple.
